False Details  
 
By ‘real world’, it seems fair to assume the real meaning of marriage. Once the love settles down and the passion fades, the two members in a marriage are left with the stark reality of knowing that the person on the same bed is someone they need to live with for the rest of their lives.
 
 
Marriage is all about loving, caring and sharing. It is about having a family and being happy together. True commitments in marriage make married life easier. Marriages can turn bitter but you have to make them sweet with a few efforts. At the bottom of your heart there is a feeling of belonging towards your partner. After all you really love your spouse, don't you?
 
 
But, false details in marriage can spoil your mind and life. However, these things are in practical elsewhere and everywhere. It happens mostly when you don’t investigate properly before marriage. Most of the false details cases occur in case of foreign marriage. There are the laws to protect this illegal ongoing but personal care is must before marriage.
 
Punishment for false declaration
 
 
(THE FOREIGN MARRIAGE ACT, 1969 ACT NO. 33 OF 1969)
 
 
If any citizen of India for the purpose of procuring a marriage, intentionally –
 
 
(a) where a declaration is required by this Act, makes a false declaration; or
 
 
(b) where a notice or certificate is required by this Act, signs false notice or certificate; he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years and shall also be liable to fine.
